Xxx999 is built on one simple belief: every Malaysian player deserves a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience. We are more than just a gaming platform — we are a community that values the trust of every member.
Xxx999 started with a clear vision — to become the most trusted and user-friendly online entertainment platform for players in Malaysia. From day one, every decision we've made has been guided by a single question: does this deliver the best value and safety to our members?
We understand that Malaysian players have unique needs — they want a fully Bahasa Melayu platform, support for local payment methods such as FPX, Touch 'n Go and major Malaysian banks, and customer service that is friendly and responsive. That is exactly what xxx999 built from the ground up, not as an afterthought.
Today, xxx999 has grown into one of Malaysia's largest online entertainment platforms with over 500,000 active registered members. Yet even as we continue to scale, our core values have never changed — player safety, game fairness and a great experience every time you log in.
Our mission: To be Malaysia's number one online entertainment destination, combining the world's best games with a local experience that is friendly, safe and transparent for every player.
To become the most trusted online entertainment platform in Southeast Asia, with a primary focus on Malaysian players who deserve the best experience — not just something that's "good enough".
Delivering a fair, safe and enjoyable gaming experience through the latest technology, world-class game providers and customer service that truly understands the needs of local players.
Trust, transparency and responsibility — three values that form the backbone of every decision at xxx999, from platform design to how we handle every customer complaint.
We don't just offer games — we offer a complete experience designed specifically to ensure the satisfaction and safety of every Malaysian player.
Xxx999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect every transaction and member's personal data. Our security infrastructure is regularly audited by independent parties to ensure no data exposure occurs. Your information is safe with us.
Deposits are processed instantly and withdrawals are completed in just 15 to 30 minutes. xxx999 supports FPX, TnG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, all major Malaysian banks and USDT — all on one platform with no account switching or re-login required.
From Asia-themed slot games to Live Casino with real dealers, fish shooting games, sports and e-sports betting — xxx999 brings together all the best game categories from certified international providers on one integrated platform that's easy to access.
New xxx999 players are entitled to a 150% welcome bonus of up to RM 1,500 on their first deposit. Regular members also enjoy daily deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, a VIP loyalty programme and special festive promotions running throughout the year without pause.

Every milestone we achieve is the result of the trust of hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players who continue to support and believe in our platform.
Xxx999 officially launched with an initial focus on slot games and live casino. In the first month, over 10,000 Malaysian players registered and became members — surpassing all early targets set.
We added fish shooting games and sports betting categories and introduced FPX and TnG eWallet support — making xxx999 the first platform in its category to fully support local digital payments.
Within two years, xxx999 reached the milestone of 100,000 registered members. We launched our first VIP programme and strengthened our 24/7 customer support system in Bahasa Melayu to serve our growing member base.
Xxx999 relaunched its platform interface with a fully mobile-optimised design. Page load speed improved by 60% and user satisfaction reached an all-time high in the platform's history, based on member surveys.
Xxx999's membership reached 300,000. We added over 20 new game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming and JILI — bringing the total game titles past 1,000 for the very first time.
Xxx999 celebrated the milestone of 500,000 registered members with the launch of the largest progressive jackpot in the platform's history. Our single largest jackpot payout exceeded RM 250,000 — making headlines across the entire Malaysian gaming community.
Not just a slogan — these values are how we operate every day, in every decision we make for our members.

Ask any long-standing xxx999 member and they will tell you the same thing: "xxx999 is not just a place to play — it's a place where I feel safe and valued." That's not a marketing line — it's the genuine feedback we receive every day across our various communication channels.
Malaysia's online entertainment industry has grown rapidly in recent years. New platforms emerge every month, each claiming to be the best. In this environment, xxx999 chooses to let actions speak louder than words. We invest in robust infrastructure, partner with certified game providers and, most importantly — we listen to and act on every piece of feedback from our members.
One thing we never compromise on is our commitment to fair play. Every game title available at xxx999 — whether slots, live casino, fish shooting, or sports wagering — uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system verified by independent international bodies. This means every game outcome is genuine, random, and cannot be influenced by anyone, including xxx999 itself.
We also publicly display the Return to Player (RTP) rate for every slot game so players can make informed decisions before playing. This transparency is part of xxx999's DNA — we believe that players who understand how games work are happier and more loyal players.
Xxx999 is not a foreign company that simply translates its platform into Malay. We understand the local context — from the most popular payment methods among Malaysians, to the types of promotions that are truly relevant to local festivals and culture. That's why every xxx999 promotional campaign feels different and more meaningful compared to platforms that take a one-size-fits-all approach across all markets.
During Hari Raya Aidilfitri, for example, xxx999 launches special promotions that blend festive themes with genuinely rewarding bonuses — not just a banner colour swap with no real substance. The same applies during Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Aidiladha, and Malaysia Day — every celebration is marked in a way that shows we truly respect Malaysia's cultural diversity.
Xxx999 takes our social responsibility as an entertainment platform operator seriously. We believe gaming should be a source of fun and enjoyment, not a problem. That's why we provide a range of responsible gaming management tools accessible directly from account settings — including daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options for players who feel they need a break.
Our team is also trained to identify gaming patterns that may indicate signs of dependency, and we do not hesitate to proactively reach out to players when we see something concerning. To us, a player who games healthily and happily is far more valuable than one who plays excessively and unhappily.
Behind our user-friendly interface lies a technology infrastructure we continuously develop. The xxx999 technology team works around the clock to keep our platform responsive, secure and free from technical disruptions. We use high-grade cloud servers with redundancy systems that ensure near-zero downtime even during peak traffic hours.
We also continuously invest in new technology — from two-factor authentication for login security, to a Live Casino interface that uses high-definition video streaming technology for the closest experience to a real casino without leaving your home.
Thanks to 500,000+ xxx999 members: Every milestone we've reached is because of your trust. The xxx999 journey is far from over, and we are committed to working hard to deliver the best for every member who trusts us with their entertainment.
